Author Fees

Paranalar International Journal of Communication (PIJoC) is committed to transparent publication practices. Information regarding submission, processing, and publication charges is provided below so that authors can understand any applicable costs before submitting a manuscript.

Submission Fee

PIJoC does not charge authors a fee for submitting a manuscript for editorial consideration and peer review.

Article Processing Charge

Any Article Processing Charge (APC), publication fee, or other author charge, where applicable, will be communicated transparently to authors before publication. Authors will not be charged fees that have not been clearly disclosed by the journal.

Waivers and Fee Consideration

Where publication charges apply, requests for waivers or reductions may be considered in accordance with the journal's policies and available support. Any request for fee consideration should not influence editorial assessment or peer-review decisions.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, relevance, originality, methodological quality, and compliance with journal policies. Payment status or the ability to pay does not determine whether a manuscript is accepted for publication.

Payment and Confirmation

If a publication charge applies, payment instructions will be communicated through official journal channels. Authors should only make payments using information provided by PIJoC or its authorized institutional representatives.
